Beautiful Elegant Kitchen

A Trophy Club kitchen and dining area expansion in an updated traditional style — full-height raised-panel cabinetry, quartz countertops, a herringbone tile accent above the cooktop, and a breakfast nook anchored by an oval drum chandelier and built-in window seat.

Design Notes

This project expanded the kitchen and dining area, reworked in an updated traditional style with elegant details. Cabinetry throughout is a custom raised-panel design — doors, drawer fronts, and a custom toe-kick detail — finished full-height in gray, paired with quartz countertops and a soft gray subway tile backsplash centered on a herringbone mosaic tile accent above the cooktop.

Appliances are stainless steel throughout: a drop-in electric cooktop, a full-size double oven, a French-door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave drawer built into the counter run. Lighting was upgraded as part of the project — new under-cabinet task lighting along the counters, and an all-new recessed can-light layout in LED.

The adjoining breakfast nook is anchored by a built-in banquette with a navy cushion and floral pillows beneath a run of windows, paired with a dark wood table, X-back chairs, and an oval drum-style chandelier overhead.
