From design to completion, Chad made sure our project, which included replacing the kitchen floors, countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, light fixtures, and vent and cooktop, stayed on schedule and followed the determined budget. Chad and Carter are an amazing team to work with, they're both extremely patient, responsive and great communicators too...!!! Initially the project scope was to "Remodel the Kitchen", but that kind of grew to include the "Utility Room", "Fireplace" as well as some features within the living room.. Below is a brief recap of the project: — Gut Kitchen, Utility Room, and Fireplace (stand-alone) — Modify kitchen layout & design — Additional register added to the kitchen — New custom cabinets, counter tops, lighting (recessed, pantry cabinets, under cabinet) — Zink, Faucet, R/O system — Oven exhaust vented out — New Fireplace with heater (w/blower) — Custom mantel — Customer floating shelf for the entrainment (with hidden storage) Listed below are a few points, I'd like to call out that impressed me: — The whole process is extremely transparent and well document to ensure no disconnects — They utilize an app called "BuilderTrend" to manage project activities (calendars), change orders, project photos, etc.. — Collaboration, they truly want to make sure you're happy with the finish product. For example, for the Mantel & Floating shelf, the team built out a portion of the finished product to ensure I'd be okay with the design, size and finish. — Quality, they have the upmost standards and that speaks volumes coming from me. For example, when the countertops were installed I had a few concerns, Chad stopped by that afternoon agreed and actually pointed out a few items that concerned him as well. He secured second opinions, and then ensured all the concerns were addressed / resolved before we moved forward. — Creative, as I mentioned before, I'm slightly OCD and when I brought up concerns, this team knocked it out of the ballpark... For example, I had concerns regarding the drawer glides damaging the cabinet doors if the doors weren't 100% opened when the drawer is pulled out... They solved!!!
